Our story
Hello, I'm Ben.
I'm Benjamin Griffiths, and I've spent over 25 years in vehicle body repair and detailing.
Working as a painter, SMART repairer and paint refinisher in accident repair bodyshops across the UK gave me first-hand knowledge of every type of manufacturer paint system, and of how to repair, restore and refinish paint to the highest standard. And how best to protect it.
In 2009 I became one of the very first full-time, professional Swissvax Approved detailers in the UK, before 'detailing' was even a thing and before ceramic coatings existed. Since then I've trained detailers for Swissvax and valet and detail teams for Sytner's Specialist Division, Porsche GB and Jaguar Land Rover Special Vehicle Operations.
People often ask if I do everything myself. The answer is yes: repainting a panel or wheel, repairing leather, correcting paint, applying coatings or restoring a convertible hood. That way I know every job is done correctly, to my standard.
The studio
Built for perfect conditions.
Paint correction and coatings need a dust-free, dry, temperature-controlled space. Even on a good day, a breeze carries dust onto panels and strong sun makes paint too hot to work. That's why we don't do mobile work.
